Data Collection

Once the survey is live and students have received their invitations, your role shifts to monitoring and follow-up. This section explains how to track participation, review response data, explore live analytics, and manage any actions that are raised during the data collection period.

This section is organised into three pages:

  • Tracking Survey Progress — Monitor each student's participation status, completion rate, and response activity. Resend invitations or reminders where needed.
  • Live Analytics — Explore real-time charts and visualisations of survey responses as they come in.
  • Actions — View, manage, and resolve actions that have been raised for students based on survey responses or manual entries.
