Opening Pages

When you first open your report, you land on the Cover Page. From there, the next page is the Table of Contents — your navigation hub for the entire report. These two pages orient you to the report and get you where you need to go quickly. Neither requires any setup or configuration.

Cover Page

The Cover Page introduces the report with the school name, the survey programme title, and a short description of what SNA Toolbox is and what the report contains.

What You See

The cover page displays the report title, the name of the survey programme your students completed (for example, Wellbeing Essentials Pulse Check), and a description panel summarising the purpose of the report. The SNA Toolbox logo appears in the top-right corner, and the page counter in the bottom-right confirms you are on page 2 of 12.

Getting Started

The description panel contains a See the Reports → button. Clicking it takes you directly to the Student Dashboard — the main individual student view in the report.

tip

If you want to get an overview of all available dashboards before jumping in, click › to go to the Table of Contents first.

Table of Contents

The Table of Contents page gives you a complete overview of every dashboard available and lets you navigate directly to any one of them without stepping through pages one by one.

What You See

At the top of the page, your school's logo, name, year group, report title, and report date are displayed — confirming the report belongs to your school and cohort.

Below that, eight dashboard cards are arranged in two rows of four. Each card shows the dashboard name, a short description of what it contains, and a blue arrow button ( → ) to navigate directly to it.

DashboardWhat it covers

Click the blue arrow button ( → ) on any card to go directly to that dashboard. You can also click anywhere on the card itself — the cursor changes to a pointer when you hover, confirming the card is interactive.

tip

Use the Table of Contents as your starting point each time you open the report. It is faster than stepping through pages one by one and gives you a clear picture of what is available before you decide where to focus.
