Visualisation Tools
The left-side toolbar contains tools for configuring, customising, and managing the network visualisation and interaction behaviour within the Networks module.
- Partitions — Organise and manage datasets as separate network partitions. Partitions help isolate and analyse different subsets of the network data independently.
- Views — Create and manage saved network visualisation states. Views store the current network configuration, styling, filters, and visualisation settings.
- Nodes — Configure the appearance and behaviour of nodes in the network, including styling, sizing, labels, colours, grouping, and node visibility settings.
- Edges — Configure the appearance and behaviour of relationships between nodes, including edge styling, width, colour, labels, arrows, and grouping settings.
- Layout — Control how nodes are positioned within the network visualisation. Different layout algorithms help reveal structures, clusters, and connectivity patterns.
- Filters — Filter nodes and edges based on attributes, metadata, or analytical conditions. Filters help focus on specific parts of the network by hiding, dimming, or highlighting matching elements.
- Interactions — Configure how users interact with the network visualisation, including selection behaviour, adjacent node display, legends, dragging, zooming, and interaction styling.
- Keyframes — Create presentation-style snapshots of the current network view. Keyframes can be played sequentially to demonstrate different network states, insights, and analytical scenarios.
