Node Profile
The Node Profile provides a detailed view of an individual node. It brings together all relevant information — including node details, survey participation, relationships, and associated actions — in a single place.
Open a Project → Select a Panel → Click Nodes → Select a Node
The Node Profile consists of the following sections:
- Node Details Panel (left panel) — Displays key information about the node such as name, contact details, and attributes.
- Overview — A high-level summary of the node's survey participation status and key relationship insights.
- Surveys — All survey instances associated with the node.
- Relations — How the node is connected to other nodes within the network.
- Actions — All actions assigned to the node, whether created manually or generated from survey rules.
Node Details Panel
The Node Details panel is located on the left side of the Node Profile page. It displays the selected node's identity, contact details, and attributes defined for its node type:
- Profile avatar.
- Name.
- Contact information (email address and phone number).
- Node Attributes — All fields associated with the node type.
Edit Node Details
- On the Node Profile page, click the Edit icon at the top of the Node Details panel — the panel switches to edit mode.
- Update the required fields:
- Title (name).
- Contact details (email, phone).
- Node attributes.
- Optionally, update or remove the profile avatar.
- Click Save to apply changes, or Discard to cancel.
Changes made here are reflected across all modules where this node is used.
Overview
The Overview tab provides a quick snapshot of the node's overall activity, combining survey participation and relationship insights in a single view:
- Surveys Summary — A visual chart showing the number of active, not started, and completed surveys.
- Next Survey — Highlights the next assigned survey for the node, including the survey title, due date, and a quick access link (displayed only if a survey is assigned).
- Relations Overview — A simplified network graph representing the node's connections with other nodes.
- Quick Access Links — Show all (Surveys) and Show all (Relations) open the full respective tabs.
Surveys
The Surveys tab displays all survey instances associated with the selected node. Each row represents a survey instance and includes:
- Respondent — The node participating in the survey.
- Instance ID — A unique identifier for the survey instance.
- Survey Title — The name of the survey assigned to the node.
- Round — Indicates the survey round, useful for repeated or longitudinal surveys.
- Status — Current state of the survey (e.g., Invited, Active, Completed).
- Time Spent — Duration taken by the respondent to complete the survey, if available.
- Start Date / End Date — The period during which the survey was available or completed.
- Passcode — Unique access code used to open the survey instance.
- Actions — Options to View survey details or Open the survey instance.
Relations
The Relations tab shows how the selected node is connected to other nodes within the network. You can view relationships in two formats:
- Visual — A network graph for a quick overview of connections.
- Tabular — A detailed list of relationship entries. Each row represents a defined relationship between the source and target nodes based on survey responses or manual relation creation.
Actions
The Actions tab lists all actions assigned to the selected node. You can view and manage actions, track progress, update action details, and create new actions directly from the node profile.
