Relations Management
The Relationships page lets you view and manage all relationships within a project panel, organised by relationship type. Each relationship type is displayed as a tab at the top of the page. Selecting a tab filters the list to show only the relationships associated with that type.
Open a Project → Select a Panel → Click Relationships
Add a Relationship
Requirements
- At least one relationship type has been created.
Steps
- Select the desired relationship type tab.
- Click Add Relationship — the Add Relationship dialog opens.
- Complete the following fields:
- Source Entity — Select the starting node.
- Target Entity — Select the connected node.
- Nomination Date — Specify the date of the relationship.

Import Relationships
Relationships can be added in bulk by importing a .csv file.
Steps
- Click Import Relationships — the Import Relationships dialog opens.
- Prepare your
.csvfile following the structure shown in the dialog. The file must include:- Source — The source node of the relationship.
- Target — The target node of the relationship.
- Nomination Date — The date the relationship was nominated (format:
YYYY-MM-DD).
- Upload your
.csvfile using drag-and-drop or by selecting a file. - Configure the following match fields:
- Source Match Field — Defines how the system identifies the source node.
- Target Match Field — Defines how the system identifies the target node.
The values in your .csv file must correspond exactly to the selected match fields. For example, if you select ID as the match field, the Source and Target values in the file must match existing node IDs.
- The system automatically validates the file structure and data:
- If errors are found (e.g., unmatched Source or Target values), they are displayed for correction. Download the Issues Report to review and fix problems, then click Retry to upload the corrected file.
- If no issues are found, a preview of the relationships is displayed. You can search, sort, filter, download as
.csv, and print the data from this view.
- Click Next to continue.
- Review the data in the File Summary & Verification step.
- Check the confirmation checkbox to approve the data.
- Click Import — the relationships are added to the table under the selected relationship type.
You can download a pre-formatted template .csv file from the dialog to ensure correct structure and formatting.
Delete Relationships
- Select the relationship(s) you want to delete using the checkboxes in the table.
- Click Delete Selected Relationships.
- In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE.
- Click Delete to complete the action.
Deleted relationships are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
