Reports

The Reports module is used to create and manage Report Workspaces, where interactive reports and dashboards can be designed, configured, and shared. Each Report Workspace acts as a central place to build reports using collected project data, network visualisations, analytics results, insights, actions, and other related information.

The Reports module represents the final stage of the SNA Toolbox project lifecycle. After completing data collection, network analysis, and analytics, this module allows you to transform complex network and survey data into clear, structured, and actionable insights.

Reports are designed to be dynamic, interactive, and visually engaging, helping you:

  • Explore and interpret analysis results.
  • Identify patterns and trends.
  • Present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain a structured record of project outcomes.
Navigation

Open a Project → Select a Panel → Click Reports

Access the Reports Module​

From the Reports module, you can view all report workspaces and create, rename, delete, or clone them. See Report Workspace Management for details.

  1. Open a Project.
  2. If the project has multiple panels, select a Panel from the left sidebar.
  3. Click Reports in the left sidebar — the Reports module page is displayed.
