Report Settings

The Report Settings section is used to configure the default appearance, layout, and behaviour of the entire report, including aspect ratio, default background and header styling, onboarding configuration, and report thumbnail.

View Report Settings​

  1. Click the Settings button from the bottom-left toolbar — the Report Settings are displayed in the right-side Settings Panel.

The Report Settings panel includes the following sections:

  • Aspect Ratio
  • Background Settings
  • Header Settings
  • Onboarding
  • Report Thumbnail

Configure Report Settings​

Aspect Ratio​

Controls the display ratio of report slides. Available options:

  • 1.85 : 1
  • 16 : 9
  • 4 : 3

Background Settings​

Configures the default report background appearance. When enabled, you can:

  • Select Background Color — Choose a background colour for all slides.
  • Upload Background Image — Upload an image from your device and select a fit mode: Contain, Fill, Cover, or Scale-down.
  • Remove Background Image — Click the delete icon next to the image name.

Header Settings​

Configures the default report header appearance and behaviour. These settings are applied globally across the report unless a slide overrides them. When enabled, you can configure:

  • Height — Define the default header height.
  • Padding — Configure header padding values (Top, Bottom, Left, Right).
  • Secondary Text — Configure additional text displayed within the header, including text content, font, font size, and font colour.
  • Header Image — Upload an image for the report header. Click the delete icon next to the image to remove it.
  • Tooltip — When enabled, customise the tooltip using: message, font, font size, font colour, background colour, icon, icon size, and icon colour.
  • Background Color — Apply a background colour to the report header.
  • Bottom Shadow — Enable or disable the shadow displayed beneath the report header.

The configured header settings are applied across the report by default unless a specific slide overrides them with its own slide settings.

Configure onboarding settings for the report.

Report Thumbnail​

Configure the thumbnail image displayed for the report workspace.
