Icon
The Icon Widget allows you to add visual icons to report slides for navigation, highlighting information, improving visual design, or representing actions and concepts. Icons can be customised and combined with interactions such as slide links and external links to create more interactive report experiences.
There is no autosave feature for Reports. Click Save regularly while working in the Report Workspace.
Icon Widget Configuration
After inserting and selecting the Icon widget, its configuration options are displayed in the right-side Settings Panel under the Icon tab.
Icon
Select the icon shape and colour.
Video
Define a video source URL to associate with the icon widget. When a valid video source is configured, the icon automatically changes to a video-style icon. In Preview mode or in shared reports, clicking the icon opens the video in a separate window.
- Enter the video source URL in the Source URL field.
- Click Set Source to load and display the video.
To clear the current source URL, click the X button inside the field.

Configure the tooltip displayed when the mouse hovers over the icon widget:
- Placement
- Show on Hover
- Message
- Font
- Font Size
- Font Weight
- Font Color
- Background Color
