User Registration

New users can join the SNA Toolbox platform through an invitation. Public sign-up is not available. This approach ensures secure, project-specific access and controlled collaboration.

How System Access Works​

  • Users cannot register directly on the website.
  • Access is granted through a project invitation.
  • Each user joins a specific project upon registration completion.
  • Permissions depend on the assigned project role.

Existing users receive a project invitation email and can access the project by clicking the link without completing registration again. New users must complete the registration process after clicking the invitation link before gaining access to the project. Survey participants do not require system registration — they receive a secure survey link and can participate without logging in.

Complete Your Registration​

Requirements​

  • You must have received an invitation email.
  • You must access the platform using the Accept Invitation link.

Steps​

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
  2. Enter a Username and Password, check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.

Password requirements are displayed below the Password field as you start typing.

Read and understand the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before proceeding.

  1. Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
    • Click Start.
    • Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator).
    • Choose one of the following methods:
      • Scan the QR code (recommended).
      • Use the Manual Setup key.
caution

Using the QR code is more secure than manual setup. Save your Recovery Code in a secure location — you will need it if you lose access to your authenticator app.

  1. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify.
  2. Check your email inbox, enter the verification code, and click Verify.
  3. You are redirected to the Project Dashboard. Your access depends on your assigned role.

If you do not complete all steps, you can reopen the Accept Invitation link to continue.

caution

If the invitation link expires, contact your ProjectAdmin to request a new one.
